Job Overview

Work closely with BU/Corporate HRBP and Business Managers to drive the recruiting and staffing process. Develop and implement staffing policies, procedures and systems with the objective of meeting TE corporate objectives and supporting business needs within Corporate guidelines and local regulations. Responsible for specific staffing projects like Employer Branding, Vendor Management, Executive Hiring etc.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Recruiting partnership with BU

           Act as key account manager, partner with business HR managers / business leaders to drive an efficient and effective recruitment processes that deliver on the talent needs

           Build up a strong candidate pool and control recruitment cost to continuously improve the smooth operation of recruitment procedure and process

           Take initiatives to provide complete and transparent analysis of recruiting status for the stakeholders


  • People Management and Development
    Balance the allocation of work across direct reports; review and provide timely performance feedback to direct reports; mentor, develop and motivate them; resolve people issues in the team; partnership with other department managers to provide proposals and suggestions in talent acquisition in order to achieve targeted performance.


  • Recruiting program/policy/system
    Develop various recruitment channels throughout China and international to meet the business needs

Improve and implement recruitment procedures as well as processes, including selection techniques, assessment to identify right candidates for right position

Conduct periodic processes, systems, and benchmark reviews to identify areas of both strength and improvement

Develop, implement and evaluate effective, innovative and high quality internal referral program to attract qualified candidates based on the business need of the organization


  • University relations/employer branding
    Build and maintain the relationship with universities for graduates hiring and internship program

Ensure consistent corporate image throughout recruiting campaigns and leading employment branding initiatives

Develop recruitment strategy which include of job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing and comprehensive recruitment campaign planning
