Our Employee Resource Groups

At TE Connectivity, we believe in fostering spaces where every idea can be shared and every individual feels included.​ One way we do this is through our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).  These are voluntary, employee-led groups that focus on diverse talent segments or shared experiences of employees.  

AT TE, our growing ERG community includes 8 global and inclusive ERGs that are open to all TE employees. Our employees have the opportunity to further develop their leadership skills, connect with team members around the globe, and take advantage of the rich diversity TE has to offer. 

African Heritage (AH) 

The African Heritage resource group was formed to strengthen employees of African Heritage at TE through professional development, career management, and mentoring which will enable retention, representation and growth. 

ALIGN (LGBTQIA+) 

ALIGN@TE is TE's network of LGBTQIA+ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, intersex or asexual) employees and allies. We seek to create an environment where all TE employees feel safe, respected, valued and supported in the workplace. 

Asian ERG 

The Asian Employee Resource Group strives to promote inclusion, engagement, representation and development of its members globally. We aim to accelerate TE's growth as we support the company's mission and values through awareness of Asian cultural diversity.  

Latin Heritage ERG 

Latin Heritage aims to represent, support and advance the needs of the Latin community at TE, while promoting cultural awareness and inclusion in all levels of the company. We are dedicated to offering events and activities for networking, personal and professional development or management, and mentorship to enable attraction, growth and representation. 

TE Young Professionals (TEYP) 

TEYP’s mission is to develop the Next Generation of Leaders. We do that by connecting members across boundaries, creating growth opportunities for them, and making a positive impact in the communities they live and work. 

THRIVE ERG 

THRIVE seeks to promote a safe space for employees and their allies with mixed mental, emotional and physical abilities to create awareness and foster an environment for all employees to thrive. We are dedicated to a strong network that supports TE's values, engages TE's workforce and serves TE's communities. 

Veterans 

The TE Veterans Group is committed to promoting inclusion and diversity through the recruitment of hiring veterans. Our mission is to engage, develop, and support employees and to drive awareness of the challenges faced by our veterans. 

Women in Networking (WIN) 

WIN’s mission is to create an environment where everyone can contribute to the success of TE by leveraging their own unique talents and personalities.
