This is a high-impact role for a data-driven, results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end executive search for critical leadership roles across business units and geographies.
- Use data analytics and talent intelligence to drive sourcing strategies, assess market trends, and inform hiring decisions.
- Build and manage diverse talent pipelines through strategic mapping, competitive research, and proactive engagement.
- Deliver high-quality candidate and market insights to senior stakeholders with clarity and precision.
- Own and improve executive recruiting processes, tools, and metrics to enhance efficiency and quality of hire.
- Partner closely with HR, Talent Management, and Total Rewards to align on strategic talent priorities.
What You'll Bring
- Proven background in executive search within a global industrial or manufacturing context, including solid understanding of engineering and niche roles
- In-house experience within a global industrial/manufacturing business strongly preferred
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to influence decisions and optimise outcomes.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at the C-suite level.
- A bias for action, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Proven experience recruiting executive-level talent (C-suite and direct reports).
- Proven background in executive search within a global industrial or manufacturing context, including solid understanding of engineering and niche roles
