This is a high-impact role for a data-driven, results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

What You'll Do

Lead end-to-end executive search for critical leadership roles across business units and geographies.
Use data analytics and talent intelligence to drive sourcing strategies, assess market trends, and inform hiring decisions.
Build and manage diverse talent pipelines through strategic mapping, competitive research, and proactive engagement.
Deliver high-quality candidate and market insights to senior stakeholders with clarity and precision.
Own and improve executive recruiting processes, tools, and metrics to enhance efficiency and quality of hire.
Partner closely with HR, Talent Management, and Total Rewards to align on strategic talent priorities.

What You'll Bring

Proven background in executive search within a global industrial or manufacturing context, including solid understanding of engineering and niche roles
In-house experience within a global industrial/manufacturing business strongly preferred
Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to influence decisions and optimise outcomes.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at the C-suite level.
A bias for action, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Proven experience recruiting executive-level talent (C-suite and direct reports).
