Job Overview
The Operations Finance Director will serve as a strategic partner to the VP of Operations and the Medical CFO, driving improved operational performance across TE Medical’s global manufacturing footprint. This leader will play a critical role in delivering year-over-year conversion and material productivity gains, shaping and executing footprint strategy, and ensuring strong financial governance across all Operations activities. The role requires deep Operations Finance expertise, strong cross-functional partnership, and the ability to influence decisions in a complex, global environment.
Job Requirements
Strategic & Financial Leadership
- Serve as the primary finance partner to the Global Operations Leadership team, with a key relationship to the VP Operations.
- Lead operations financial planning, forecasting, and long-range planning.
- Drive year-over-year conversion and material productivity improvements through actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Provide financial modeling and decision support for manufacturing, procurement, logistics, footprint migration, consolidation, and restructuring initiatives.
Operational Finance Management
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes for Operations Finance.
- Ensure timely, accurate reporting of operational KPIs and financial metrics.
- Partner with supply chain teams to optimize inventory and improve working capital performance.
- Strengthen compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
- Identify, design, and implement new or improved financial processes to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
People Leadership
- Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing global team of finance professionals.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to foster collaboration and influence outcomes across regions and functions.

Experience & Qualifications
- 10+ years of global Operations Finance leadership experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related technical field.
- Demonstrated success delivering productivity gains and driving operational performance improvements.
- Proven ability to build strong partnerships in global, diverse organizations.
- Experience attracting, developing, and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $$163,200 – 244,700 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
