Position Purpose

负责推动工厂 AI First 战略落地，建立 AI 治理机制，识别和孵化高价值 AI 应用场景。通过 AI 赋能运营、质量、供应链、工程及职能部门，实现生产效率提升、成本降低、质量改善和决策优化，持续提升工厂 AI 成熟度。

Key Responsibilities

1. Policies & Procedures

  • Execute TE's TEOA policies, procedures, and systems to provide working guidelines and direction.
  • 执行 TE TEOA 政策、程序和系统，为工厂运营提供工作指引和方向。

2. AI Strategy & Roadmap

  • 制定并维护工厂 AI Roadmap。
  • 支持 AI First 战略与 Plant Hoshin 目标保持一致。
  • 开展 AI Maturity Assessment（AI 成熟度评估）。
  • 制定年度 AI Improvement Priorities。
  • 建立 Plant AI Charter。
  • 建立 AI 项目 Pipeline 管理机制。 

3. AI Deployment & Adoption

  • 识别和管理工厂 AI 应用场景。
  • 推动 AI 工具落地并形成业务价值。
  • 促进 AI 驱动的业务改善项目。
  • 作为 AI 项目 Business Owner，组织跨部门 AI Delivery Team。
  • 与 BU AI Hub 及工厂 Digital Team 协作，推动 AI 模型上线部署。
  • 推动 AI 解决方案规模化应用。
  • 建立并发展 Plant AI Champion 网络。 

4. AI Governance & Capability Building

  • 建立工厂 AI 治理体系。
  • 推动 AI 人才培养，包括分层级培训与认证体系建设。
  • 提升组织 AI 能力和数字化文化。

Success Measures

  • AI 项目储备池（Pipeline）数量。
  • AI 成熟度提升等级。
  • AI 项目按期交付率。
  • AI Adoption Rate（AI应用率）。
  • AI 培训覆盖率。
  • AI Yellow Belt 覆盖率。

Minimum Requirements

Education

  • 本科及以上学历。
  • 以下专业优先：
    • Industrial Engineering（工业工程）
    • Manufacturing Engineering（制造工程）
    • Computer Science（计算机科学）
    • Data Science（数据科学）
    • Artificial Intelligence（人工智能） 

Experience & Technical Skills

  • 5年以上制造业相关工作经验。
  • 熟悉：
    • Generative AI
    • Microsoft Copilot
    • ChatGPT
    • AI Agent
    • Machine Learning 基础知识
  • 了解：
    • Python
    • Databricks
    • Azure AI 平台

  • 良好的沟通与跨部门协作能力。

What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 8 years of experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
