Job Overview

Oversees equipment maintenance and leads maintenance procedures and preventive maintenance in the organization to ensure a longer lifespan of machines and facilities.

What your background should look like

Requirements:
•    Engineer in Maintenance, Mechanics, Electrical, Electromechanical, or related field.
•    Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance supervision.
•    Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic maintenance.
•    SAP (desirable)
•    Knowledge of SMT manufacturing equipment, electronic testing, robotics, PLCs, sensors, and automation
•    Leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
•    Availability to work shifts or weekends (as required by operations).

 

 

 

Responsibilities:
•    Supervise and coordinate the activities of the preventive and corrective maintenance team.
•    Ensure the optimal functioning of machinery, equipment, and facilities.
•    Develop preventive maintenance plans based on technical manuals and regulations.
•    Manage work orders, response times, and repair follow-up.
•    Coordinate with external suppliers and contractors for specialized services.
•    Ensure compliance with industrial safety and hygiene standards.
•    Keep track of inventory of spare parts, tools, and materials.
•    Report incidents, progress, and key metrics to the operations or management area.
•    Propose technical improvements to optimize processes and reduce operating costs.
•    Train and evaluate the technical staff under your supervision.
•    Participate in continuous improvement projects, implementation of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and Lean Manufacturing.
•    Collaborate with process and production engineering to ensure operational efficiency.
•    Coordinate the technical maintenance team (mechanical, electrical, electronic) and assign daily tasks.
