Job Overview

TE Connectivity is seeking a Supervisor, Customer Service I, to oversee the daily activities of our customer service team including pre-sales and post-sales service functions. In this role, you will lead, coach, and support a team of representatives to deliver exceptional customer experience, while driving process improvements and aligning with organizational service goals. 

Job Requirements

  • Supervise and support customer service representatives, including organizing work schedules, performance review. 
  • Provide daily guidance and coaching to ensure customer inquiries are handled efficiently, accurately, and professionally. 
  • Identify and implement system and workflow improvements to increase team productivity and customer satisfaction. 
  • Establish and maintain customer service standards and work processes that align with TE Connectivity’s service initiatives and overall business objectives. 
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met in a timely and effective manner. 
  • Reinforcing a positive team atmosphere.  
  • Teaching team members to solve problems and empowering them, when appropriate, to implement solutions on their own 

What your background should look like

  • A bachelors degree in an appropriate field is preferred, or local educational equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressively responsible professional experience in customer service, operations, or a related field. 
  • Demonstrated experience supervising or leading customer service teams. 
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to balance day-to-day team management with process improvement initiatives. 
  • SAP, Salesforce and MS Office experience

COMPENSATION
•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $55,700 - $83,600 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
