Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Supply Chain Managers are responsible for the timely, cost-effective procurement, inventory control, planning and quality control of production materials. They ensure the availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at the established levels. They coordinate and integrate the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers, identifying opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain. Resources are focused on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through production processes, and the establishment of key performance metrics and benchmarks to monitor actual performance against goals.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct effective budget control, propose and recommend department strategy, develop and implement department budget and plan.

2. Responsible for people management of supply chain, including work allocate and balance, employee motivate and coarch, key talent retention.

3. Monitor the policy and procedure execution , all activities are comply with government and corporate policies & procedure.

4. Responsible for planning\buying\ Logistics\Warehouse\Customs management to ensure on time production and customer’s delivery.

 

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor degree, 10 years Materials field working experience including 7 years people management experience.

2.Leadership,Sense of responsibility.

3.Aggressive and result orientated.
4.Change management skills
