What your background should look like
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
- Experience in Human Resources leadership roles, including partnership with manufacturing, plant, site, or operational teams.
- Experience designing and deploying Organizational Design, workforce planning, or operating model transformation initiatives.
- Proven ability to facilitate workshops and lead large-scale group problem-solving, strategy, or change management sessions across multiple locations.
- Demonstrated success coaching and influencing leaders, managers, and employees at all organizational levels to drive adoption of new ways of working.
- Experience applying continuous improvement principles to people, talent, organizational effectiveness, or HR processes and programs.
- Experience leading enterprise-wide continuous improvement, operational excellence, Lean, or business transformation initiatives.
- Ability to influence, coach, and develop leaders at multiple organizational levels.
- Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience driving organizational change and building sustainable improvement cultures.
- Ability to work effectively across functions, regions, and cultures.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing teams.
- Experience aligning organizational design and workforce strategies with business objectives and enterprise transformation efforts.
