Job Overview

"Coordinates with the suppliers and the internal stakeholders to qualify products and the process and ensure compliance with the organization's requirements.

Your main Tasks

  • 8D-report preparation, root cause analyses, corrective actions definition, verification of corrective actions.
  • Key contact for the customer and leader of complaint handling process.
  • Preparation and update of quality documentation (Control Plan, QIP, Failure catalogue, control cards, etc.).
  • Maintain and develop the Quality Management according to IATF 16949 in his/her area of intervention.
  • Execute key quality strategies consistent with plant performance and measures.
  • Implement, maintain (including reporting changes) and improve Business Operating System in his/her area of intervention, as well as in interaction with other areas / departments and EMIA guidelines
  • Be in line with TE strategy map (e.g. extraordinary customer service) and Quality Policy
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and legal regulations
  • Support and guide employees to enable them to work safely, comply with regulations, TE policies and specifications and on achieving environmental sustainability goals
  • Strive for continuous improvement of processes towards customer satisfaction
  • Has the authority to stop Shipment and production in case of quality issue
  • Internal process and product audits according to IATF 16949 and VDA.
  • Cooperation on implementation of specific customer requirements into our system and our processes.
  • Actively support CPS and CoPQ reduction.
  • Handling of customer and intercompany complaints in TECHS and in customer`s portals.
  • Communication with the customer in case of complaint – presentation of root cause, corrective actions.
  • Preparation and leadership of Customer audits related to Quality non-satisfaction and new projects release.
  • Audit results follow up and Tracking of action plans from customer audits related to Quality non-satisfaction, new projects release and in case of internal D6 verification audits and audits related to internal process audits.
  • Key team member for preparation or update of P-FMEA.
  • Business trip to the customer if needed.
  • Coaching and training of Line Inspectors in case of new requirements, new projects and changes related to process, product and Quality documentation.
  • Internal Gemba Audit to manufacturing areas with official report, communication to the impacted team and follow up of action plan.
  • Maintain quality reporting according to management requests.
