Job Overview
Provides guidance and leadership on manufacturing processes in order to support organizational manufacturing goals; performs research on products and manufacturing process and share the same with senior engineers.
Your main tasks
- . Process Development & Optimization
•Design, develop, and validate new manufacturing processes to meet quality, cost, and performance requirements.
•Optimize existing processes to improve throughput, reduce scrap, and enhance yield.
•Identify opportunities for automation and digitalization.
. Production Support & Root Cause Analysis
•Provide technical support to daily manufacturing operations.
•Lead investigations using tools such as 5 Why, Ishikawa, DMAIC, PFMEA.
•Implement robust corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
•Monitor KPIs (OEE, cycle time, scrap rate, downtime) and deploy improvement plans.
. Industrialization & New Product Introduction (NPI)
•Support the industrialization of new products from prototype to mass production.
•Develop process flow diagrams, work instructions, and control plans.
•Participate in cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain).
•Coordinate trials, pilot builds, and validation phases (IQ, OQ, PQ).
. Equipment & Tooling Management
•Define equipment and tooling requirements; collaborate with vendors.
•Commission and validate new machines and fixtures.
•Ensure equipment reliability through preventive maintenance plans.
•Improve machine performance through upgrades and parameter optimization
Your ideal Background
Masters degree in Industrial/ Automation Engineering
+2 year experience in an international industrial company
