Job Overview

Responsible for providing financial analysis, guidance, and support to the Sales Leaders and/or Product General Manager and Product Management team. These positions are expected to ensure profitable growth by improving Sales and/or Product Management performance through enhanced analysis, reporting, key performance indicator tracking, and follow up on critical items. Financial responsibilities include evaluating PAC projects, capital investments, product extensions, product pricing and rebate agreements, Strategic Plan process and long term P&L modelling, competitive and scenario analyses, driving financial intelligence and rigor across Finance and other non-Finance functions. 

Tasks and Responsibilities

•Support product line financial forecast and analytics at ICT level with product CFO support
•Partner with ICT cross functions and within finance COE teams to lead annual strategic plan
•Report product portfolio financials for ICT with Product CFO support, including product line report, PMIP/PMT/MBR/PM KPI, Standard margin dashboard, segment scorecard etc. 
•Assist in month end financial reporting, quarterly forecast, and ad hoc margin analysis as 
requested by business unit management, segment management or corporate FP&A team.
•Partnering with product management team to manage their expense during annual budget, quarterly forecast and month end closing process.
•Manage Product Management team incentive plan.  
•Building dashboards and automating regular reports, drive continuous automation solution

What your background should look like:


• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration
• Strong excel knowledge and demonstrated data analytics
• Three years plus in FP&A or business analytics role
• MBA or CMA preferred
• Experience with SAP, Tableau, Hyperion and BPC preferred, but would be expected to develop these skills within the first six months
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management within ICT
• Ability to work to tight deadlines within a team environment, proactive, organized, results oriented, and strong continuous improvement mindset. Focus on generating information and recommendations, not just data
• Strong financial and business acumen
