Job Overview

Supervises the activities of employees engaged in the production and liaises with other supervisors and managers to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments.

Your main tasks

Ensure quality assurance throughout the production process 
Manage the production team so that scheduled goals are met
Increase motivation and work efficiency  
Adapt to changes in the market and respond to customer demands with flexible organization
Monitor dashboard of his KPI’s
Develop talent of his collaborators
Assist and act on capacity studies of customer volumes
Insure that TEOA tools are used in shop floor everywhere

Your ideal Background

BAC + 4 or plus
+5years of experience in a similar position
Team management
good communication skills: French & English
