Job Overview

Assists more senior engineers in implementing manufacturing techniques, processes, tools and machinery in order to optimize quality and output levels.

Your main tasks

  • Create, maintain, and validate master data in SAP/S4HANA, including Material Masters, Bills of Materials (BOMs), Routings, Work Centers, Production Versions, and Purchasing Information Records.
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of manufacturing master data across all systems.
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI), product transfers, and engineering change management by creating and updating required master data.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Planning, Quality, and Procurement teams to gather and validate data requirements.
  • Analyze and resolve master data issues impacting production, planning, logistics, costing, and procurement processes.
  • Establish and maintain data governance standards, procedures, and best practices.
  • Conduct regular audits and data quality reviews to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage mass data uploads, updates, and migration activities during system implementations and business projects.
  • Support SAP/S4HANA enhancements, testing, and deployment activities related to master data processes.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs related to master data quality, accuracy, completeness, and process efficiency.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on master data standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with IT teams on automation and digitalization initiatives to improve data management efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
  • Support inventory optimization, production planning accuracy, and manufacturing execution through reliable master data management.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to simplify processes, reduce data errors, and enhance operational performance
