Summary: 
To support Company strategic objectives by developing and delivering training needs to meet the agility, flexibility of staffs in within production organization. The Training executive is responsible for sturcture up the training framework, buddy program, certification process / criteria of production staffs, perform a process tracking vs skill level matirx progress of production employee from time to time.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Create and publish learning modules related to operation needs in Assembly and Molding areas.
  • Monitor training schedule to ensure the training is adequate and progressively enhanced the mentoring as and where is needed.
  • Track and analyze training completion (follow up with shift trainers as well as the production staffs who have not completed to ensure completion).
  • Communicate and collaborate with cross functional members on further enhancement in the training needs from time to time.
  • Follow up on post training activities for new hired production staff’s feedback.
  • Identified the gap(s) in training contents and material to develop criteria of evaluating the effectives of training.
  • Resolving any potential challenges and specifically tailored up the training needs to reflect in the production.
  • Bi weekly status update on training progress as needed for batch new hired staffs proficiency and each individual on the job performance.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must be a self-directed team player and have computer proficiency (i.e. Windows-based applications, MS Office, Internet, etc.)
  • Candidate must have an in-depth knowledge of doing Training and hand on.
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills with ability to explain and detail up the needed training needs as all time to new hired staffs as well as for seasoned staffs.
  • Ability to work independently and perform detailed and to achieve results under tight deadlines.
  • Preferably Training Executive specializing in training and development or equivalent.

 

 

Education / Experience :

  • Post graduate diploma or Minimum 3 to 5 years hands-on experience operational training.
  • Candidate with professional training certification and Bachelor degree in engineering will be an added advantage.
