Job Requirements

• Coordinating with multiple departments to ensure accurate and efficient execution of plans and activities.
• Monitoring key performance metrics against the actual performance and its alignment to the business goals.
• Overseeing the availability of the materials in the supply chain as per the schedule.
• Integrating the flow of materials and the information from various sources like distributors, suppliers, manufacturers, and customers.

What your background should look like

Educational Degree : University degree or equivalent education  
Bachelor/master’s degree in business administration, engineering or equivalent
Professional Experience : (years in what processes and function)    
•    Considerable experience in Production planning or Materials management in a plant/manufacturing environment 
•    Proven track record of supply chain improvements and related performance improvement results (e.g. inventory optimization, lot size optimization)
•    Working experience with supply chain planning systems and ERP systems (e.g. SAP) 
•    Experience in the Automotive Sector within a global organization is an advantage
Special Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills    
•    Knowledge in supply chain/ master planning and ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
•    Strong IT systems knowledge and skills including advanced Excel skills
•    Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills
•    Results orientated and organized with the ability to plan and deliver against deadlines
Strong communication skills, able to give direction in cross-functional environment, able to motivate and support colleagues in other functional areas
•    Fluent in English both written and spoken
