Responsibilities
- Allocation of critical parts with Sales Customers Supply Chain Operations SOP PM and Legal
- Allocation aligned with cost reduction targets
- Review commitments based on capacity to ensure delivery of customer quantities
- Ensure clear shipment and allocation plans with Planning and Manufacturing
- Collaborate with Operations and Suppliers on root causes and recovery actions
- Align with Supply Chain on manufacturing outputs
- Set project priorities for duplication and replacement tools with Tool and Die and Sales
- Review performance gaps and support improvements
- Monitor escalation reports daily to anticipate shortages
- Coordinate regularly with SOP Tool and Die and Supply Chain
- Review customer satisfaction monthly and drive improvement actions
- Communicate with customers and OEMs
- Qualifications
- Experience with ERP and planning systems SAP Kinaxis Xelus JDA Salesforce
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel Access Word PowerPoint Visio OneNote SharePoint Office 365
- Strong communication and relationship skills
- Experience in innovation and turning insights into actions
- Good stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Strong business understanding of transportation industry
- Knowledge of lean processes in supply chain and continuous impr
