Job Overview

We are seeking candidates for remote work within the EMEA region, with a special invitation for applications from Bensheim, Germany, where our biggest headquarters is located and Bangalore. 
 
The EMEA Sales Operations Expert will combine Initiatives related to Sales Business Development as well as Special Digital Projects Execution Lead, having the full responsibility for his special assignments regarding major milestones, deliverables on time KPI achievement. 

What your background should look like:

 

•    You will be a strong Partner of our EMEA Sales team (From Sales Engineer to VP). Depending on the project you own, you will also interact with other departments (Project Management, Product Management, Finance, S&OP…)
•    Be highly comfortable to maneuver with systems, data analytics reporting, visualization.
•    Experience in business process automation, implementing data and digital solutions, Excel advanced Analytics, SAP Business Object, PowerBI, Tableau… 
•    Knowledge of SAP and SalesForce.com highly appreciate (No expertise needed here).
•    In close cooperation with those key individuals or departments, the candidate should be able to define and lead one or more strategical digital projects (together with our developers), data analytics and market intel to support short to long terms business development (Forecasting, Budget, 5 years Strategic Plan).
•    An understanding of the Automotive environment and supply chain between OEM, Tier 1 to N is highly appreciated.
•    You will take the overall responsibility for the successful execution going through initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of assigned projects or programs.
•    Ability to manage by influence and engage key stakeholders. 

Education and skills

•    Scientific background 5+ Years or MBA preferred
•    Typically, 3 years of experience in a similar Business Development Digital job in the Auto Industry land scape
•    Experience in consulting company strongly appreciated
•    Good mix of Strategic thinking & Problem solving spirit
•    Comfortable with agility, multi-tasks and dealing with ambiguity
•    Strong communicator and team player
•    Proven experience in managing cross-department functional projects in a regional setting
