Job Overview

The Sales Operations Business Development will combine both Strategic Initiatives related to Sales Business Development as well as Special Projects Execution Lead, having the full responsibility for his special assignments regarding major milestones, deliverables on time KPI achievement. 

What your background should look like:


  • In close cooperation with key individuals or departments, he should be able to define Strategical assumptions to support short to long terms business development, with holistic views, by product families (in close cooperation with the PM teams), by OEM, Platform and Car Models (in close cooperation with Sales Ops Specialists and customers’ group OEM, HM, CAM, SEC), by Application (in close cooperation with the account/application teams), considering influential factors (In close cooperation with Market Intel Specialists, S&OP team, Product specialist…),
  • He will be a strong contributor for the 5 years Strategic Plan, leading all Sales Inputs portion,
  • He will definitively support Forecast, driving Forecasting accuracy,
  • He should be comfortable to manoeuvre with systems & data analytics.
  • He will lead one or more major projects of typically medium to high complexity, inside the Sales Org or Cross-department,
  • He will take the overall responsibility for the successful execution going through initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of assigned projects or programmes.
  • Ability to manage projects and core teams without supervision from the Sales Director lead.
  • Strategic approach should support project execution

Education and skills

  • Engineering Degree + MBA preferred
  • Typically, 3 years of experience in a similar Business Development Strategy job in the Auto Industry land scape
  • Experience in consulting company strongly appreciated
  • Good mix of Strategic thinking & Problem solving sprit
  • Proven experience in managing cross-department functional projects of medium complexity in a regional setting
