REMOTE | NORDICS ACCOUNT MANAGER HIGH VOLTAGE

JOB OVERVIEW:

The High Voltage Nordic Account Manager (AM) oversees a portfolio of customers and accounts within the Nordic High Voltage Energy industry. The AM is responsible for developing these accounts, positioning TE Energy as a strategic partner, and driving increased revenue, account penetration, and customer satisfaction.

 

The AM manages all commercial aspects of customer relationships, including offers, project contracts, quotations, and leading price and contract negotiations. Additionally, the AM identifies and attracts new opportunities and projects to expand TE Energy's market share and drive the project pipeline.

 

This is a 100% remote position, and we are seeking candidates based in Sweden or Norway. Applicants must have a valid work permit to work in the respective country.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Develop and execute account growth plans aligned with TE Energy’s strategy to drive revenue, penetration, and customer satisfaction.
  • Include customer insights, market analysis, and strategies to increase market share and win business.
  • Work with internal teams to share customer info and align on growth strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to position TE Energy as the preferred supplier.
  • Handle offers, contracts, and negotiations, and promote TE Energy’s value proposition.
  • Recognize and capitalize on customer needs to introduce and sell TE Energy products.
  • Engage in project lead qualification and maintain an active pipeline of opportunities.
  • Keep data up to date in Salesforce and address customer issues promptly.
  • Ensure timely delivery of quotes, technical info, and resolution of complaints by coordinating with internal teams.
  • Oversee cash flow, credit, and account receivables, ensuring proper closure.
  • Prepare budgets, and forecasts, and monitor customer KPIs related to performance standards.
  • Provide support through courtesy calls and site visits to ensure strategy alignment.
  • Implement industry marketing strategies focusing on emerging markets like Data Centers and Energy Storage.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • Experienced in sales tools (e.g., SalesForce) and MS Office.
  • Extensive High Voltage market experience; Data Center or Battery Storage experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and Swedish/Norwegian, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in sales, account planning, relationship management, and cross-functional influence.
  • Proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Strategic thinker with execution capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of industry products and technologies.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset; self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Skilled at navigating ambiguities in complex organizations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a track record of building strong relationships.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle challenging targets.
  • Flexibility for domestic/international travel; valid driver’s license.
