Job Overview

Oversees day-to-day operations to manufacture products to the highest quality standards, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and regulatory standards.

Job Requirements

  • Ensure quality assurance throughout the production process
  • Manage the production team so that scheduled goals are met
  • Increase motivation and work efficiency 
  • Adapt to changes in the market and respond to customer demands with flexible organization
  • Monitor dashboard of his KPI’s
  • Develop talent of his collaborators
  • Assist and act on capacity studies of customer volumes
  • Insure that TEOA tools are used in shop floor everywhere
  • Follow the legislation and internal policies in the area of EHS and environmental protection.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and injury-free work environment by ensuring health and safety procedures are understood and executed by all employees
  • Know  the different H&S risks and environmental aspects related to the activity under your responsibility.
  • Ensure compliance with the EHS instructions of your staff (wearing PPE, compliance with product MSDS, use of appropriate devices and equipment, etc.)
  • Empower your staff to obtain feedback on EHS and environment malfunctions and anomalies, and informs the line manager and the EHS team.

What your background should look like

  • Master’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related field).
  • Min 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in cable assembly, automotive, electronics, or related industries.
  • Proven experience in production supervision, team leadership, and manufacturing operations management.
  • Strong knowledge of assembly processes, production planning, quality standards, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to monitor production performance, coordinate resources, and ensure achievement of safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
  • Good understanding of manufacturing KPIs, root cause analysis, and problem-solving techniques.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP or similar) and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop production teams.
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
