Job Requirements
- Planning and executing specific runs, setting up machines accordingly, monitoring workflow to assure quality and following procedures to handle equipment failures.
- Providing guidance and training to junior/new operators to enable them to operate the manufacturing machines and ensure efficient operations to produce quality output.
- Conducting periodic inspections and tests to evaluate the condition of different machine parts; sharing critical feedback with engineers and supervisors.
- Fixing the identified issues in manufacturing equipment and machines, maintaining machine activity logs, and documenting final product or output records.
What your background should look like
Typically requires a minimum of 0-2 years of related work experience. Requires completion of high school. Vocational training or an AA degree is preferred.
