Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Operations Managers are responsible for the day-to-day operations and short/long-term planning for the groups they manage. They manage manufacturing, production control, engineering, inventory control, EH&S, shipping/receiving, etc. focusing on the development of technologies and continuous improvement and translating customer requirements into state-of-the-art manufacturing strategies and processes.

Experiencia y requerimientos:

•Título profesional 

•Mínimo de 4 años de experiencia gerencial/supervisor sénior de Operaciones/Producción
*Equivalencia como superintendente o lead a cargo de personal profesional
•Liderazgo positivo y trabajo en equipo, juicio y toma de decisiones basada en datos y métricas.
•Capaz de delegar, pero no abdicar, objetivos y tareas.
•Enfoque en servicio al cliente.
•Reconocimiento efectivo y retención de talento clave.
•Gestor efectivo de manejo del tiempo.
•Conocedor de entorno de fabricación regulado por ISO 13485 y FDA.
•Gestor de proyectos de mejora continua.
•Habilidades en manejo de sistemas ERP.
•Bilingüe ( Español/ Ingles)

Nota: 60% Trabajo en oficina y 40% en Líneas de Producción.

 

Entrenamiento Profesional & Certificaciones:


•Six Sigma Green Belt (Deseable)
•Project Management: PMI/ Scrum (Deseable)
