Manages daily production challenges, drives continuous improvement activities, and supports the implementation to improve the existing processes to improve the efficiency of operations.

Job Requirements

• Coordinate with different services about needed support related to execution of his daily planning

•  

    Act and lead with Zone Leaders actions related to absenteeism replacement and discipline issues

•  

   Make follow up with zone leaders related to respect of PO sequencing

•  

   Follow and act production output Vs targets

•  

   Elaborate with zone Leaders polyvalence plan between lines

•  

   Develop Zone Leaders Autonomy

•  

   Identify and act on continuous improvement plan of his area

•  

   Participate in new standards application

•  

   Participate in Level 2 analysis of quality issues

•  

   Coordinate with HR Admin’s issue

•  

   Know the different H&S risks and environmental aspects related to the activity under your responsibility.

•  

   Ensure compliance with the EHS instructions of your staff (wearing PPE, compliance with product MSDS, use of

  appropriate devices and equipment, etc.)

•  

   Empower your staff to obtain feedback on EHS and environment malfunctions and anomalies, and informs the line

  manager and the EHS team.

•  

   Ensure With Zone leaders the updates in SAP system with production data following the defined sequence

What your background should look like

Educational Degree : BAC or equivalent diplomat 

Professional Experience : Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in production management Have knowledge of wiring. 

Special Qualifications,Knowledge & Skills:Understands, and speaks French. Manages to read & write English. Knowledge of office automation and the basics of SAP Knowledge and mastery of quality tools (QRQC.....)
