Sets up machine tools, fabricates, assembles, maintains, and tests machinery and equipment for experimental purposes as per the established machining procedures.

Job Requirements

• high-quality machines with particular specifications by modifying the control speed and the material used and constructing new features as and when required.
• Fabricating the parts or a complete tool using a mill or lathe from the tooling prints, blueprints, and product drawings and modifying the tooling to close tolerances.
• Monitoring the quality checks, documenting the results of quality procedures, and collaborating with the maintenance team to correct and repair the machines and tools.
• Resolving the problems in the mold during production, supporting production equipment and machines to minimize production loss.

What your background should look like

Educational Degree    

•    Highschool Diploma Required
•    Two-Year Technical Degree in plastic or mechanical discipline preferred

Professional Experience        

•    Approved training in injection molding environment
