Job Overview
Tasks Summary and Responsibilities
- Set up and follow up with Broker KPIs, Dashboard and action trackers.
- Daily tracking: Operations and cost including the OTD.
- Establish and maintain weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Reporting and Reviews with Brokers including North Africa team’s members.
- Establish a weekly follow up with Business for new PNs, Customers and Suppliers creation for new businesses.
- Maintain the right CoO and Preferential Origin and seek for optimization opportunities.
- Manage and control the Parts classification, remove DATB blocks
- Manage and Control Customs Brokerage Costs and KPI’s processes for North Africa operations in collaboration with GTS, GLOG & Business partners.
- Ensure that the TEOA Program will be deployed and used to manage all the Trade and Compliance operations.
- Drive Trade and Compliance processes Continuous improvement for North Africa operations in close collaboration with North Africa and GTS teams.
- Interact and collaborate with Transportation teams and Business partners in North Africa and EMEA.
What your background should look like:
Educational Degree : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Professional Experience : More than 1 years’ experience in Customs Brokerage/ Trade and Compliance.
Special Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills :
Internal management experience, ability to work in multi-cultural team
- Project leadership experience
- Good communicator at all levels in the business

- Knowledge in key Microsoft Applications such as Excel, Outlook, Power Point
- SAP
- Local language, English fluent
