Role Description

The Human Resources PMO/Business Partner will report to Director, HR Strategic Portfolio Management & Business Development and will support both the SPM, Business Development and Global Functions will work on Key HR & Talent initiatives. As a member of the HR team, you will contribute to the delivery of world class HR delivery to key leadership team across the global functions within Automotive.

This position can be based in Ireland, Morocco or India with travel expected less than 20% of the time to meet colleagues and clients, attend industry events, etc. This is an opportunity for a talented individual who wants to accelerate their career within a leading multinational corporation and build a career within HR. 

It will be a 13 month temporary contract /from Nov 26 to Jan 2028/. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Implements Human Resources (HR) policy at the Business level partnering with leaders to drive companywide programs and initiatives (i.e. succession, talent acquisition, total rewards, and change management).
  • Manage key HR & Talent projects for Auto Global Functions through data collection and business case development
  • Contributes to the development and is responsible for the implementation and execution of HR strategies aligned with automotive strategies
  • Provide HR Support to meet Business goals and objectives, in partnership with COE and HR Ops team.
  • Analyse trends and metrics as they apply to client groups, develop proactive actions to further support business objectives and people strategy, and think holistically. 
  • Drive organization design, workforce planning, organization development, and organizational effectiveness within the business
  • Manage facilitation of end-to-end processes for professional-level recruiting and talent management. 
  • Drive key talent development plans to strengthen the talent pipeline for all critical positions including stretched assignments, coaching or mentoring programs, professional & leadership training to retain and develop talent

Preferred candidate profile:

Success in the role requires strong business acumen and strategic mindset, drive to solve complex business problems, exceptional communication and presentation skills, ability to work seamlessly with team members at multiple levels in the organization, and the skills and tenacity to achieve results without formal authority.

 

In addition, successful candidate will have the following experiences, qualifications, and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; HR-related major preferred
  • Extensive professional working experience in an HR environment required
  • Experienced HR Generalist/HRBP related experience required; breadth of HR knowledge and skills in a variety of fields in an international context 
  • Functional Expertise: Talent Management, HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Labor Relations 
  • Experience working in global or international organizations required
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Commitment to excellence, ensuring objectives are met and delivered on-time
  • Curiosity to ask probing questions and make discoveries
  • Strong business acumen, tact and confidentiality
  • Executive presence and ability to build trust with senior and mid-management within organization.
  • Fosters a diverse, inclusive environment with High cross-cultural awareness
