Facilities Engineer
Job Overview
- TE Connectivity's Facilities Team conduct facilities and property administration, office planning, corporate leasing and/or real estate coordination. They work closely and provide advice and counsel to company and/or vendor representatives coordinating major facility constructions or modifications or leasing and real estate activities.
- Performance monitoring and dashboard
- Manage the building modification projects, and new project
- Establish specifications, Instruction, and procedure.
- Energetic efficiency.
- service provider management.
- Building modification procedures and validation
- Update and consolidation of building plans (technical and production)
- Supplier consultations
- Ensures the ordering of spare parts (Quotation, PR, PO and reception).
- Monitor consumption.
- Perform the weekly system check (stock threshold).
- Ensuring the quarterly inventory and updating of the system
What your background should look like:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Civil engineering or electrical engineering
- 1-3 years of professional experience in the field of Civil engineering or on electrical engineer
- Knowledge of construction techniques and materials
- Good Knowledge and competence in electrical engineering
- Skills in design.
- Knowledge of technical drawing, design and structural calculation software (such as CAD )
- Ability to conduct surveys and analyses
- Knowledge of technical standards on constructions
- Management and organizational skills
- Skill in problem solving
- Develop and improve communication within the site
- Establish regular communication with the team.
- Ability to work in a practical and independent manner
