Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Digital Marketing & Social Media teams develop and manage all digital marketing campaigns, as well as digital properties to deliver a superior user experience, driving revenue potential and brand relevance by working with TE’s business unit marketing teams to curate and create content that helps build TE’s social media channels and across TE’s digital marketing teams for best practice sharing and te.com new function deployments. They design and maintain relevant portions of TE.com, external data activities and potential partner sites; monitor, evaluate and integrate digital programs to maintain the best user experience on TE.com for business units. They manage digital campaigns to align with the efforts of integrated marketing campaigns and strategies and drive content integration strategies and optimization and manage TE’s social media authoring/monitoring platform. The teams are also responsible for online database management including email communication plan, database selection, expansion and maintenance. Team members have experience with content publishing, CRM, various tools and content management suites (i.e. Adobe), sales and marketing automation systems (Eloqua, SalesForce.com), Microsoft Office and Adobe marketing tools; as well as experience with brand reputation management, and/or brand protection.

Key Responsibilities: 

Develop and manage all digital marketing campaigns, as well as digital properties to deliver a superior user experience, driving revenue potential and brand relevance. Curate and create content that helps build TE’s social media channels.

  • Design and maintain relevant portions of TE.com, external data activities and potential partner sites
  • Monitor, evaluate and integrate digital programs
  • Manage and maintain the best user experience on TE.com for business unit
  • Manage digital campaigns to align with the efforts of integrated marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Drive content integration strategies and optimization
  • Responsible for online database management including email communication plan, database selection, expansion and maintenance
  • Act as community manager for TE’s social presence, and elicit and respond to fan feedback and comments
  • Publish, monitor and moderate TE’s social presence.
  • Act as day-to-day liaison with social media agency, providing content ideas and feedback
  • Work with TE’s business unit marketing teams to create and curate content
  • Nurture the brand through effective reputation management, and escalate issues through a defined escalation process
  • Manage TE’s social media authoring/monitoring platform
  • Work with the agency to analyze monthly and quarterly measurement reports

Key Skills / Tasks
  • Develop and execute all digital aspects of marketing programs leveraging search, social media, email campaigns and digital media
  • Pull and leverage data and analytics to report out on effectiveness of marketing efforts across all platforms and integration with Sales (direct and channel)
  • Coordinate across TE’s digital marketing teams for best practice sharing and te.com new function deployments
  • Previous experience in multiple aspects of web or digital marketing, including following trends and industry players
  • Experience with content publishing, CRM, various tools and content management suites (i.e. Adobe), and sales and marketing automation systems (Eloqua, SalesForce.com)
  • Marketing experience required, ability & willingness to learn online platforms and skills, social media-focused preferrable
  • Skilled writer and communicator with experience writing marketing content
  • Experience with brand reputation management, and/or brand protection
  • Experience with Project Management, PMP certification is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of Experience
