Job Overview

 

Manages and controls all sales activities for a specific customer account in a particular region. The primary objective is to maximize business opportunities and to ensure that TE is in prime position to grow and develop sales profitability. 

Job Responsibilities:

  •            Implementing annual sales plan on the dedicated key accounts, promoting products to OEMs in North India  based on their needs, achieving billing targets, and increasing market share.
  • Analyzing customer and competitor information, studying market trends, preparing reports to increase market share, and supporting the development of expansion plans.
  • Assisting with internal and external operational activities like purchase order & quotation tracking, quality & delivery activities, and customer inquiry assistance.
  • Managing and ensuring the completion of financial transactions for ongoing projects, including account receivables, cash flow payments, and credit concessions.

What your background should look like:

·       3+ years of experience managing customer accounts.

·       Good exposure to automotive OEM’s / Tier-1s

·       Exposure to Interconnection ecosystem (Harness makers, component manufacturer’s) preferred.

·       Good relationship management, Effective collaboration, Builds networks

·       Addresses customer needs promptly

·       Good knowledge of sales forecasting tools, skills, and techniques; ability to estimate sales trends in the market.
