Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Supply Chain Managers are responsible for the timely, cost-effective procurement, inventory control, planning and quality control of production materials. They ensure the availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at the established levels. They coordinate and integrate the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers, identifying opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain. Resources are focused on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through production processes, and the establishment of key performance metrics and benchmarks to monitor actual performance against goals.

RESPONSABILIDADES

• Cumplir con los inventarios dar reportes al supervisor directo sobre diferencias que afecten a la planta.
• Coordinar el traslado de material entre plantas.
• Trabajar en conjunto con Producción, Planning para efectos de prioridades de requisas y entrega de jobs
• Mantener constante contacto con los proveedores para establecer relaciones y dar retroalimentación 
• Dar seguimiento a cargas entrantes  
• Encargado de aprobar y realizar ajustes en inventario 
• Encargado de la planilla del Personal de Bodega, Permisos o Vacaciones 

 

EDUCACIÓN Y EXPERIENCIA

• Bachillerato
• Deseable tecnico en logística o alguna carrera relacionada a Suppy Chain
• Debe tener mínimo 1 año de experiencia en bodega e inventarios.

 

COMPETENCIAS

• Buena capacidad y actitud para adaptarse al cambio.
• Habilidades para comunicarse de manera positiva y eficaz con todos los departamentos y el equipo Gerencial.
