Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Assembly Teams operate assigned automated assembly machinery, ensure component flow, troubleshoot and correct machinery issues to ensure quality and productivity. They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.

What your background should look like:

1.planning and budgeting
(i)Host Team line leader meeting Develop production plan and monitor execution in order to timely product delivery 
(ii)Review material plan and monitor execution to ensure production operation smoothly
(iii)Review subordinates training requiement define training plan and monitor execution to ensure 
subordinates ability improvement    
2.policies and procedures
Define and implement new/updated department policies, procedures systems and monitor execution in order to comply with company policies procedures and
standardlize department operation"    
3.people management and devellopment
Allocate and balance work across direct reports; review and provide timely performance feedback to direct reports monitor develop and motivate them  
resolve people issues in the team in order to achieve target department performance "    4.assembly production management
(i) Detect and solve production issues, coordinate resource in order to ensure production operation smoothly and safely with high quality and efficiency
(ii)Define improvement action plan and monitor 5S+1 and security discipline
(iii)Execution in order to reduce production scrap rate improve production efficiency and product quality"    
5.record management
(i)Monitor  execution production daily report record in order to ensure data accuracy"    
6.contimuous improvement
(i)Review P/O monthly statistic report and daily data, define improvement action plan and monitor improvement progress in order to meet company requirement    
7.security assurance
(i)Monitor security equipment maintenance status
8.material management
(i)Monitor Execution department internal material management process in order to ensure material
running smoothly
    


Job requirements:
College above or Bachelor degree with technical background        
above 5 years production related management
