Manufacturing HR Business Partner Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a talented, innovative, customer focused Manager HR Solutions with a passion for providing best in class HR support to our Shunde and Zhuhai plant managers & employees. You will develop, deliver and improve HR processes and programs through continuous improvement and evaluation efforts, including HRSP support, HR Compliance, performance management and employee relationship programs. Implements Human Resources policy at Shunde and Zhuhai plants' partnering with management to drive company wide programs and initiatives.

What your background should look like:

Responsibilities: 

  1. Supervise the labor & ethics system and lead related audits.
  2. Supervise the HR policies and procedures complied with latest law and regulations.
  3. Manage employee relations issues to ensure legal compliance and maintain a respectful working environment for employees.
  4. Facilitate plant Operations to deliver employee engagement programs through effective communication, programs, alignment to development and growth opportunities.
  5. Provide labor relation advise and overall support to plant Operations in query of labor relations.
  6. Coach and lead team for communication and company culture management.
  7. Monitor probation, goal setting, mid year and year end etc. performance assessment execution, analyze the result and follow up.
  8. Supervise plant Operations monthly bonus plan execution and provide timely recommendation to optimize the plan.
  9. Support plant Operations to build leader capability, improving workforce capability and positive employee relations practices.
  10. Provide coaching and consulting to plant Operations Managers in the areas of all HR functions including performance management, compensation, employee retention, talent planning, leader and employee development, positive employee relations practices, and conflict resolution.
  11. Execute HR Solutions Projects for the region by engaging with key stakeholders, leveraging tools and effectively working across the organization.

 

Qualifications: 

  1. Bachelor degree or above.
  2. Minimum 10 years of professional working experience in HR environment in MNC; with 3+ years people manager experience.
  3. Fluent in English.
  4. Proven Experiences in employee relationship management and managing HR support to business in Manufacturing plants.
  5. Strong execution skills and results driven mindset and who will held managers accountable.
  6. emonstrated influencing skills with ability to successfully manage key stakeholders across multiple countries and mobilize teams of people within the Region.
  7. Strong Communication skills and highly approachable and sociable personality.
