Job Requirements

• Managing overall activities related to the manufacturing workflow, including the production plan, manual processing, machine operation, product inspection, and quality control; ensuring manufacturing performance and quality goals are met.
• Analyzing data and diagrams derived from manufacturing processes; summarizing errors and failures and providing appropriate solutions.
• Designing and delivering plans for the procurement and coordination of materials and other resources, depending on production requirements.
• Overseeing staffing and training for team players from senior technicians to the first-line manager, in specific functions.

What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with 12 or more years of experience; or Masters degree with 10 or more years of experience; or PhD level with 6 or more years of experience; or local equivalent
