Job Requirements

• Developing improvement proposals based on the analysis of worker utilization, facility layout, and operational data such as process flowcharts and production schedules.
• Conducting surveys, personnel interviews, site visits, and business analyses to resolve quality issues.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams for the adoption of standard operating procedures and leading workshops for the implementation of quality management systems at multiple manufacturing locations.
• Performing final inspection of the finished products and developing disposition and corrective actions for recurring discrepancies    

What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 8 years of experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level.
