Planning and Budgeting
1) Understanding and implement OPERATION EXCELLENCE budget and plan, ensure meet OPERATION EXCELLENCE   target as schedule.
2) Lead the Development of Site OPERATION EXCELLENCE deployment plans consistent with business unit / region strategic and operational planning in order to meet OPERATION EXCELLENCE targets. 
3)Create, plan, lead and follow-up of the OPERATION EXCELLENCE implementation plan and ensure OPERATION EXCELLENCE actions are visual to stakeholders and are driven to a sustainable closure.

Policies and Procedures
Understand and Review OPERATION EXCELLENC policies and procedures, initiate the update and monitor the execution in order to ensure OPERATION EXCELLENCE operations run smoothly in the site and in line with global and BU OPERATION EXCELLENCE policies and procedures.

Training & Coaching
1)Lead the OPERATION EXCELLENCE tools training to senior plant leadership, OPERATION EXCELLENCE tool champions and leaders, Kaizen Facilitator and OPERATION EXCELLENCE activity team members.
2)Develop skill levels of practitioners and other site personnel in order to implement and sustain OPERATION EXCELLENCE. 
3)Conduct Kaizen Event to speed up the OPERATION EXCELLENCE transformation progress.
4)Owns IE methodologies in site and coach production people.

OPERATION EXCELLENCE & IE Project management
1)Identification and organization of resources required to achieve successful implementation in accordance with plan. 
2)Coordination of Site (and on occasion regional) initiatives in order to achieve consistency and standardization across business unit.
3) Manage and control individual project teams and deployment plans at both site and functional levels. 
in order to control and push all projects implementation.
4)Be responsible for identifying opportunities in production area which require re-layout and its project implementation.
5)Set IE standards and principles and roll it out in operational units to achieve operational excellence.
6)Drives manufacturing cost down by leading key process optimization projects.

Process monitoring and Finance result ensuring 
1)Monitor progress against plans and achievement of continuous improvement and progression to higher star assessment levels. 
2)Monitor and report site level measurements and performance to star assessment levels.
3)Lead the value stream project teams, develop value stream maps and execute the OPERATION EXCELLENCE implementation plan for specific value streams to achieve the plant level OPERATION EXCELLENCE metrics and goals whilst ensuring alignment to the business unit strategy.
4)Account for predicted savings and track, validate and post to the financial operating results.
5)Provide leadership on lean thinking, lean processing and lean production.
in order to Coordinate all resources (incl. people, equipment, tooling, etc.) to support project implementation. 

Operation Standardization
Oversee the accomplishment of the operational standardization work; and follow up and drive the deployment of the project achievement in order to achieve a durable deployment of project achievements. 

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree in science or engineering
Minimum 8 years working experience and 3 years of professional experience with focus on production, logistics or industrial engineering and economical knowledge 
Previous experience in leading continuous improvement activities on site or value stream level.
familiar with lean manufacturing and implementing OPERATION EXCELLENCE tools.
Excellent communication and coaching skills 
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically (i.e. deliver results)
project management skills.
Analytically minded and data-driven. 
Fluent in both spoken and written English
