Job Summary

Job Summary
Monitor assembly production operation, drive key problem solving, improve production quality, establish security systems and monitor execution with the objective of ensuring assembly production operation runs smoothly, ensuring safe operating environment, meeting customer delivery requirement, reducing scrap rate and cost within company production requirements and direction of department manager.
Job Requirements
Planning and Budgeting
(i) Develop and implement department budget and plan, allocate department budget and monitor execution to meet department target.
(ii) Host weekly team leader meetings and review the weekly production plan in order to ensure product delivery time. 
Policies and Procedures
Establish the department operation process manual and monitor the execution in order to ensure department operation runs smoothly.    
People Management and Development
1. Establish training plans according to development request, and conduct training as plan.                                 
2. Review skillful operators rate timely, e.g. final inspection operators, auto-machine operators etc., establish train schedules to keep enough skillful operators for production.
3. Recruit and train operators according to production status. 
4. Review all production leaders' performance timely and feedback to them for improvement.
5. Define people’s succession planning.
6. Allocate and balance work, and resolve people issues in the teams.
in order to achieve department performance target."    
Assembly Production Management
1.Allocate operators and arrange production according to a weekly plan.
2. Monitor daily production operation, and coordinate resource to solve key issues.
3. Review continuous improvement schedule and monitor execution.                                          
4. Monitor all key machines' maintenance to meet the company target and ensure production runs smoothly. 
Record Management 
Define record management guidelines, monitor the execution and review key record in order to ensure the record’s accuracy, timeliness and effectiveness.
Quality Continuous Improvement
1.Monitor TEOA, EICC,5S+1, ISO9000, QS9000, ISO14000 and EHS system execution.
2.Lead key quality improvement project.
in order to reduce quality cost and meet customer requirements.    
Security assurance
1.Establish a security assurance system and monitor execution. 
2.Monitor security equipment maintenance status.
3.Direct security related training in order to ensure production environment safety.     
Material Management
1.Define the department internal material management process.
2.Reduce assembly product scrap rate. 
3.Promote incoming material quality improvement.
4.Review production material analysis report in order to comply with SAP requirement and achieve cost saving target.    

Job requirements
1.    Bachelor’s in engineering
2.    Minimum 5 years work experience (production related, 3 years management experience)"
