HR BUSINESS PARTNER III
Job Overview
TE's HR Business Partners implement Human Resources policies at the business unit level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives (i.e. succession, talent acquisition, total rewards and change management). They foster partnership across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives, strategies and policies of the organization.
Develops, delivers and improves HR processes and programs through continuous improvement and evaluation efforts, including Talent Acquisition, engagement improvement, performance management and employee relationship programs. Implements Human Resources policy at Zhuhai plants' partnering with management to drive company wide programs and initiatives.
Workforce Planning
1) Work with production department heads to identify band 6 HC need.
2) Work with TA team to plan the hiring channels and get band 6 openings closed on time.
3) Band 6 JD regularly review and update.
4) Employee probation management.
5) Band 6 Turnover rate management.
Employee Engagement Improvement
1) Conduct yearly EVC survey
2) Actions dig out for EVC improvement
3) Regular review the progress and make sure every action well done
Employee Relationship
1) Manage employee relations issues to ensure legal compliance and maintain a respectful working environment for employees.
2) Facilitate the employee relationship programs continuous improvement.
3) Compliance investigation support to Legal team
Performance Management
1) Conduct annual goal setting
2) CPD1.2.3. promotion to help people manager well use the tool
3) Band 6 year end review according to the BU timeline.
HR Partner for business:
1) Work as business partner to MD and Assy(Connector).
What your background should look like:
• Bachelor degree or above (or local equivalent), HR related major preferred
• Typically requires minimum 8+ years of professional working experience in HR environment required
• Experience working in global or international organizations is preferred
• Functional Expertise: Workforce planning and ER case handing work expertise is must
• Business Acumen (understand how the business works from customers and markets to operations and financial points of view) in creating value for TE.
• Fluent oral English
