Job Requirements

1. 负责厦门工厂线束和线束类产品量产的组装流程维护; 主要工艺范围包括：

To maintain the Cable and Cable Assembly process in mass production. The main processes are as follows:

1. 1. 裁线/Cutting
   2. 剥线/Stripping
   3. 压接/Crimping
   4. 焊接/Soldering
   5. 连接器组装/Connector Assembly
   6. 热缩/Heat Shrinking
   7. 线束组装/Harness Assembly
   8. 电性能测试/Electrical Testing

2. 负责线束产品设备的选型、维修和维护及夹、治具的设计;

Be responsible for able assembly equipment and peripheral equipment selection, introduction, installation, service and maintenance; fixtures and jigs design.

3. 负责线束产品的SOP创建和设备操作指导书维护

To create SOP and Equipment Operating Procedure.

4. 发掘线束产品制程中的改善机会, 主导或协调改善项目.

Dig improvement opportunities in die casting production, lead or coordinate Kaizen events and projects.

任职资格:

Qualifications:

1. 本科及以上学历，机械、电气、自动化或相关专业。3年以上线束类产品制造或技术经验;

Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation Engineering, or related fields, and 3+ year manufacturing engineering or technical experience in cable and cable assembly.

2. 熟练掌握线束类产品制造工艺和测试方法, 有信号完整性测试经验的优先;

To master Cable Assembly manufacturing process and testing method, preferable with signal integrity test experience;

3. 了解线束组装及周边设备构造和运行原理;

Fair knowledge of cable assembly and peripheral equipment, structure and operational principles;

4. 熟练使用AutoCAD 和常用办公软件;

Be proficient with AutoCAD and popular MS office application;

5. 英文读写流利;

Fair command of English in reading and writing.

What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
