LOGISTICS ANALYST III

工作概况

TE Connectivity 的配送和物流团队管理商品、服务和信息在起点与客户场所之间的高效流动，以满足客户要求 或内部业务目标。他们在内部职能部门（例如运营、购置和后勤）以及外部供应商之间建立集成的流程。他们还重点在持续改进不同生产流程之间的物料移动方面投入资源，并建立与供应链计划/预测相关的关键绩效指标和基准，以便定期对照目标衡量实际绩效。

岗位职责与任职要求

1．Transportation        
1）Communicate with both internal planning, packing & shipping team and external intercompany DC planner/CCP and their assigned shipping agent for on-time delivery        
2）Preparing shipping docs such as invoice & packing list etc. and sending to intercompany DC planner/CCP and their assigned shipping agent timely        
2．Import & Export Operation        
1) I&E operation control within both government rules & regulations and company policy including Incoterms, HS code and appropriate licensing for the shipments        
2) Routine import and export documentation and process optimization        
3．Carrier Management        
1) Carrier、customs broker performance monitoring （delivery, service, quality etc.）        
2) New carrier setups in system        
4．TMS implementation        
5．Other tasks assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education, Technical Qualification & Experience    
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Trade or similar fields. 
2. Experience: 
1） At least 5 years related experience in industry logistics field 
2） Familiar with Import & Export handling process including handbook process
3)   Familiar with AEO rules and implement 
4） Strong logistics system skills, preferable SAP & TMS 
5） Working experience in multi-national industrial companies with transportation/logistics leader experience is highly preferred.

1） Logical Thinking, detail-oriented, teamwork spirit, being able to work under pressure
2） Good communication & coordination skill
3） Fluent in both written and oral English
4） Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
