Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Financial Planning & Analysis Teams develop, interpret and implement financial concepts for financial planning and control. They perform technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance. They gather, analyze, prepare and summarize recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts. The Financial Planning & Analysis Teams also perform economic research and studies in the areas of rates of return, depreciations, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance and impact of governmental requirements.

What your background should look like:

Daily FP&A:
•    Monthly end closing support
•    BU Regular reporting package (EHR, GLF, Capex, Bowling Chart, etc)
•    Annual Budget / Qtrly fcst / Monthly R&O
•    Expense Control and drive the recovery
•    CER Review and Capex tracking & Control
•    TEBIT Cost Out Project review & tracking
•    Analysis of trade sales
Business Partner:
•    Management meeting (Daily go meeting, others)
•    Leading some workshop to drive the cost reduction
•    Carry out finance training to non finance teams if needed
•    Other requests from ops. Manager and finance controller
•    Driving PFO and Inventory Reduction with SCM
 Costing:
•    Support Annual re-costing & Inv counting
•    Daily product cost quotation & routine costing maintenance

 Contact window & Liaison:
•    Work with external auditors on statutory audit and support tax matters 
•    Support LE statutory reporting package to AIC, Statistic bureau etc
•    Contact windows with FSC, coordinating with local functional team and PIP

Compliance monitoring and Local DOA champion
Various projects support if needed


Key Qualifications, Experiences and Knowledge:
1.    Bachelor’s degree in Finance or accounting with 3-5 years’ practical experience in manufacturing companies;
2.    Good knowledge of office software, costing, Fixed Assets mgt;
3.    Good Knowledge of SAP system is preferred;
4.    Good communication with team members preferred;
5.    Good English skill in reading, writing and speaking;
