岗位职责与任职要求

Role Statement
EHS engineer is responsible for daily EHS management. Maintain EHS management to meet Chinese relevant laws, regulations and TE internal standards. Check the execution of EHS related policies and procedures, implement preventive and corrective action plans, conduct EHS related training and execute assigned EHS projects with the objective of enhancing employees’ EHS sense and achieve required EHS incidents reduction rate within national EHS regulations and EHS&Security Manager's supervision.

Key Responsibilities/Objectives
1.    Keep EHS compliance: Maintain EHS management to meet Chinese relevant laws, regulations and TE internal standards. Maintain the system of Government and TE to run.保持EHS合规：维持EHS管理符合法规和TE内部标准要求，能够维护政府对接系统和TE内部系统
2.    Developing the EHS procedures and supervises the implementation of the documents. 制定EHS程序并监督文件的执行。
3.    Familiar with the ISO 14001 & Safety Production Standardization system and keep them run as the requirement（include certifications issues）.熟悉ISO14001、安全标准化体系运行并维护确保现场符合要求。
4.    Lead Site risk assessment and improvement by working with ME/Tooling/SCM/Production function. 主导相关部门开展风险评估评估和改善。
5.    Provide EHS training and instruction to employees, supervise/ control contractor and supplier imposing EHS training. 为员工提供EHS培训和指导，监督/管理承包商和供应商进行EHS培训。
6.    Inspect facilities, machinery, and safety equipment to identify and correct potential hazards, and to ensure safety regulation compliance. 检查设施、机器和安全设备，以识别和纠正潜在的危险，并确保符合安全法规。
7.    Lead incident investigation, root cause identification, corrective and preventive action develop and follow-up with other responsible. 进行事故调查，根本原因识别，纠正和预防措施的制定和跟进。
8.    Maintain and improve plant emergency management system. 维护和改进工厂应急管理系统。
9.    Any other task assigned. 完成上级分配的其他任务。
           
Key Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge:
1.    Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, environment or safety engineering with 3-5 years’ experience化学、环境或安全工程学士学位，并有3-5年工作经验
2.    Familiar with laws and regulations of local government and administrative bureaus in EHS area. 熟悉当地政府和行政部门的EHS法律法规。
3.    Good knowledge of office software熟练使用办公软件
4.    ISO14000, OHSAS18000 Internal Auditor preferred   ISO14000, OHSAS18000内审员优先
5.    Good communication with team members preferred, able to carry out training and counseling work 与团队成员良好沟通者优先, 可以开展专项培训和辅导性工作。
6.    Good English skill in reading, writing and speaking  良好的英语听说读写能力
7.    Familiar with the fire protection system and evironmental daily maintainance.  熟悉消防系统/环保日常运行管理
8.    Able to carry out daily work independently and have some opinions of their own能够独立开展工作日常工作，有一些自己的见解
