Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) working student to join our finance team. This role provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and contribute to our financial strategies.

Scope of duties:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering and analyzing financial data
• Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and provide insights on financial performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data for financial modeling
• Help maintain financial databases and reporting tools
• Participate in ad-hoc financial analysis projects as needed
• Present findings and recommendations to the finance team

What your background should look like

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling is a plus
• Familiarity with financial reporting software and tools (e.g., ERP systems) is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
