They implement Human Resources policies at the country, regional or global level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.


HR Solutions Manager


The HR Solutions Manager will drive operational excellence, supporting UK business units to ensure service delivery is optimally executed in a fast paced, ever evolving environment.



Job Responsibilities


  • Focused on providing HR professional services to a client group of managers and employees across multiple BU’s.
  • Implements HR programs for the region ensuring alignment to Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Total Reward.
  • Provides coaching and guidance to managers to ensure timely execution of HR cyclical events.
  • Understands individual business unit goals, providing HR solutions aligning to business need and HR strategy.
  • Coaches management to develop and maintain employee relationships and create a respectful working environment for the region.
  • Interprets and communicates company policies ensuring legal compliance. Assures implementation of broader policy and adherence to external regulations.
  • Ensures data is collected, processed and stored in compliance with local legislation.
  • Creates insights from data, using trend and metric information to define root cause and develop / design solutions to drive improvement.
  • Uses working HR knowledge to deliver sound customer solutions, building effective relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Builds close working relationships and communicates effectively with stakeholders across the business, including Finance, IT, UK HR team and COE’s (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Reward) to improve collaboration.
  • Actively participates in key projects in line with HR Solutions strategy.
  • Applies TEOA principles and tools to continuously improve HR processes and services.

  • CIPD qualification preferable.
