Project Management Intern

Job Overview

As a Project Manager Intern on our ICT Core Project Management team, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Work with a diverse team of professionals about multiple engineering areas such product design, molding and assembly tooling, implementation at the plant and PPAP documentation
  • Support the team on updating project timelines, updating business cases based on capital investment and operation costs on projects to be presented, reviewed, and approved by steering committee management
  • Work on special task to be the liaison between the plant and Project Managers aiming to implement multiple assembly lines at the plant
  • Work on special task to prepare reports on project leadtime, capital investment and resource hours planning using MS Excel and Power BI
  • Learn about ICT LeanPD project management process to develop and release new products to the market and specific customers

What your background should look like:

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited University or College for the duration of the Internship
  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree Program, preferred Major(s): Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: MS Project, MS Excel, MS Teams, MS OneNote
  • Communication and leadership skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Great note-taking and documentation skills


This position will be located at our Winston-Salem, NC office.
