Product Sustaining Engineering Intern

Job Overview

As a Product Sustaining Engineering Intern on our North American Industrial Commercial Vehicle team, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Develop communication and technical skills while working with cross-functional manufacturing teams.
  • Conduct product root cause analysis and problem solve customer issues.
  • Work with product documentation such as solid models, drawings, product and application specifications, tolerance analysis, and test plans & reports.
  • Interact with many different facets of the manufacturing world including: Quality Engineering, Product Management, Design Engineering, Project Management, Manufacturing and Test Engineering.

What your background should look like:

  • Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree Program, preferred Majors: Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited University or College for the duration of the Internship
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Software Engineering experience (AutoCAD 3D, Creo, etc) is preferred, not required


This position will be located at our Winston-Salem, NC office.
