Job Overview

Digital Marketing in the ICT BU has made significant progress in becoming a strategic partner for growth. It has gone through tremendous changes in its approach and organization. The ICT business unit offers different go to market routes for their customers, one of them being selling through LADD entities. LADD aims at being the supplier of choice for commercial vehicles customers. In order to do so, we envision creating a dedicated B2B e-commerce platform.

The Digital Data & Analytics Analyst will be responsible for LADD strategic marketing analytic solutions. This position will conduct analysis and generate business insights of customer churn behavior, firmographics, psychographic, persona, website activity, product analysis,  and customer analysis revenue for the LADD GTM. This position will also be responsible for conducting regularly scheduled and ad hoc analyses that dive deep into the data to uncover the hidden insights and recommendations that will help go beyond explaining what happened, but rather inform us what we should do next. Working cross functionally with internal teams and customers to translate marketing business questions into insights that will improve  performance of the platform and result in sales.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience generating data insights and analyzing B2B marketing platforms to enable TE Connectivity to grow our marketing effectiveness and ROI. This includes the full data analysis lifecycle from collection, analysis, sourcing, integration, storage and automated reporting. Candidates will have demonstrated the ability to understand specific data needs for analytics and reporting solutions, and then have aptitude in the development of associated data models to support data visualization, reporting and analytics.

A Day in the Life

  • Strategically identify the areas requiring analysis, identify opportunities & help us build what customers need through insights
  • Identifies and generates needed insights to improve the business & marketing performance, shows leadership to bring insights forward, in addition to generating analyses when asked
  • Leverage insights to propose segmentation, targeting & digital/marketing effectiveness / improvements
  • Analyze marketing’s campaigns and demand generation program effectiveness at driving leads, customers, and revenue for the business unit
  • Utilize various tools (Adobe, Tableau, Alteryx, Excel, Access, SQL) to join disparate data sources together to create a more robust story for the business
  • Collaborate cross functionally to prioritize new initiative/enhancements to be implemented to deliver against LADD Digital goals.
  • Create and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports
  • Conduct ad hoc data analyses and performance reports as needed

What your background should look like:

  • BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related field (Master a Plus)
  • 7 – 10+ years of experience analyzing sales and marketing data
  • Strong ability to identify business issues, formulate plans to resolve these issues and effectively communicate the results to all levels of the organization
  • Eloqua or Marketo and Salesforce.com experience is a plus
  • Experience with Tableau & SQL a must
  • Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Gap Analysis, Cost Benefit Analysis and Risk Assessment
  • Experience with marketing analytics platforms is a plus: Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Google Tag Manager, Google AdWords, SEM Rush, Conductor, Netbase, Marin Software, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager
  • Strong analytical skills with impeccable attention to detail
  • Microsoft Office Tools: MS Excel, MS Access, MS Project, MS Word, MS Powerpoint, MS Visio, MS Project, MS SharePoint
  • Ability to collaborate in a global team environment
  • Ability to learn new tools quickly

COMPENSATION
•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $100,200 – 125,300 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
