Plant Quality Manager (m/f/d) / Quality Lead (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
- Ensure implementation, developing and administrate the local quality management system in compliance to external (e.g. IATF 16949, ISO9001 or customer audits) and internal quality standards
- Assess and decide about launch of new products, new processes and equipment affecting quality
- Ensure definition of quality control as part of production control plans according to standards provided by (central) quality management to achieve repeatability and reproducibility results
- Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, assessments and preparation of management reviews
- Driving quality awareness and Yokoten activities, increased awareness of quality standards and costumer specific requirements in the plant organization, i.e. implementation and application of structured
- problem-solving and lessons learned approach, in close collaboration with CBS function
- Ensure management of customer complaints and collect and address customer satisfaction according to standards incl. escalation to next level
- Ensure quality performance (KPI) monitoring and reporting (e.g. regarding scrap, waste, customer complaints, etc.) in cooperation with plant controlling and production
- Ensure of incoming inspection, in-process testing and final inspection of products of local plant acc. defined standards
- First escalation level for incoming inspection, in-process testing and final inspection of plant lab in cooperation with functional LAB responsible
Qualifications:
- Bachelor´s degree in Engineering or Business or similar certification
- Certification quality assurance manager with continuing requalifications
- Profound experience in quality departments
- Knowledge in MS-Office (esp. Word/Excel/Outlook)
- Fluent English in writing and speaking
- Leadership experience
- Self-employed and structured working
