Job Overview
Manages the day-to-day operations of all shifts of a large facility or multiple teams.
Job Requirements
- Managing staffing, development, and performance management programs for operations staff; managing, motivating, and developing management team.
- Overseeing operations activities, ensuring that schedules and performance requirements are met and system resources are used effectively.
- Maintaining relationships with business, sales, and engineering.
- Monitoring overall operations performance and implementing production, cost, and quality control mechanisms.
What your background should look like
Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 8 years of experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
