TE Connectivity in Wayne, PA is looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to implement and support digital marketing and social media campaigns on major platforms to improve social presence, drive leads and engage customers. Responsibilities: Assist in ensuring compliance of digital marketing initiatives with all regulations, policies and procedures. Conduct social media data analysis, that includes application costs, comparative data, traffic flow and influencers' presentations; compiling reports for management as a reference. Research attractive solid digital marketing content according to content marketing strategies, by collaborating with marketing leaders, subject matter experts, and other creative professionals. Communicate and interact with clients through social media platforms to promote customer engagement. Telecommuting permitted.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, business administration, or related field (or foreign equivalent), plus 2 years of experience in the job offered, or in a related occupation.
Special Requirements: Requires knowledge and some experience with the following:
- Marketing Analytics (Adobe Analytics & Google Analytics).
- Content Management Systems (Adobe Experience Manager & Word Press).
- Digital Marketing – using internet-connected, online-based technologies such as websites, search engines, social media, and email to promote products and services.
- Brand Marketing.
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM), such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn ads, etc.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) tools, such as SEMrush.

Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Digital Marketing & Social Media teams develop and manage all digital marketing campaigns, as well as digital properties to deliver a superior user experience, driving revenue potential and brand relevance by working with TE’s business unit marketing teams to curate and create content that helps build TE’s social media channels and across TE’s digital marketing teams for best practice sharing and te.com new function deployments. They design and maintain relevant portions of TE.com, external data activities and potential partner sites; monitor, evaluate and integrate digital programs to maintain the best user experience on TE.com for business units. They manage digital campaigns to align with the efforts of integrated marketing campaigns and strategies and drive content integration strategies and optimization and manage TE’s social media authoring/monitoring platform. The teams are also responsible for online database management including email communication plan, database selection, expansion and maintenance. Team members have experience with content publishing, CRM, various tools and content management suites (i.e. Adobe), sales and marketing automation systems (Eloqua, SalesForce.com), Microsoft Office and Adobe marketing tools; as well as experience with brand reputation management, and/or brand protection.
