Your main tasks

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Sales Operations Analyst to support and strengthen our global commercial organization. In this hands-on role, you will play an important part in improving commercial execution, process consistency, increasing organizational effectiveness across an international sales environment. You will work closely with sales teams, customer service, product management, IT, and finance to improve commercial processes and support data-driven decision-making. This role partners closely with Sales Leaders and Account Managers and works independently within global standards while addressing regional business needs.

Your main tasks

  • Own governance and execution of regional allocation and consignment processes, ensuring alignment between customer priorities, commercial commitments, and operational constraints. 
  • Act as a cross-functional interface across Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Product Management, and IT to improve coordination and execution. 
  • Deliver actionable insights, KPI tracking, and performance analysis to support sales leadership decisions. 
  • Drive structured operating cadence (dashboards, action tracking, follow-ups) to ensure accountability and closure. 
  • Support GTM execution, including segmentation and data accuracy across account structures. 
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable end-to-end process improvements that increase efficiency, consistency, and execution speed.  
  • Reduce manual reporting activities by developing sustainable reporting structures and dashboarding solutions using Power BI and other analytics tools.  
  • Partner with our analytics team to Translate business requirements into clear and effective visualizations and reports, using Power BI, SAP, and Excel. 

Your ideal background

You are a structured and hands-on professional who enjoys improving processes and bringing clarity to complex operational environments. You combine strong analytical skills with a practical mindset and are comfortable working closely with commercial teams on day-to-day operational challenges. 

You are proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and quality. You know how to collaborate with different stakeholders and are motivated by improving how organizations work. 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • Approximately 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Business Support, or a similar analytical role within a B2B technical manufacturing environment. 
  • Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP. 
  • Ability to a drive improvement processes and ensure end to end efficiency. 
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience in Power BI and advanced Excel environments. 
  • Strong attention to detail and structured working style.  
  • Bias for Action: Drives ownership, and solves problems to deliver results 
  • Comfortable operating in a cross-functional international organization. 
  • Experience supporting commercial reporting, data analysis, and operational process improvements with ability to translate data into clear, structured insights for your stakeholders. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging Sales Leaders and cross functional stakeholders
